Our service team at our DiMillo’s Maine location has recently wrapped up a strech where we took in, serviced and stored close to 50 boats for our clients. First and foremost, a big thanks to our service team, who put in long hours to winterize, service and store all of these boats in a professional manner before the weather turned in New England.
With our Freeport, Maine, location currently under construction we needed to be creative on how we could accomodate our client’s winter storage needs. Today’s front page of the Portland Press Herald had one of the more unique storage solutions that we had the opportunity to take advantage of. Across the bridge from Portland, is South Portland where a company is repurposing an empty oil drum for storage. We are excited to share that we have boats, all represented by DiMillo’s Yacht Sales, inside and warm. Represented in the pictures below are two of our brokerage boats that are currently on the market. A 2005 Hinckley EP and a 2017 Ranger Tug R27. The third boat is an owner owned 2010 Sabre 40 Sedan. We have huge advanatages with storing our clients boats where including close and easy access for showings this winter and, of course, the obvious benefits of inside winter storage.
